New step for liberalization: Network statement

Another critical step is taken today. TCDD published the network statement for 2017.

Network statement includes the technical specifications and capacities of each section of Turkish railway network. Criterias for open access and process of capacity allocation are specified in detail. The fares for network access and additional services are alse included in the network statement.
