Tellers at train stations and stewards in trains will be outsourced by private companies.

As TCDD Tasimacilik is getting prepared to compete with private companies, the company starts to outsource some positions like tellers at ticket offices of train stations and stewards in trains.

In two tenders held by the end of this month, 468 employees will be outsourced for 2 years, during 2018-2019.

300 employees will work at ticket offices, information and call centers where others will work in trains.

TCDD Tasimacilik discusses its future

This number is about 5% of all employees of TCDD Tasimacilik. The company is expected to extend outsourcing especially in support services.
