Touristic Dogu Express will start sleeper service between Ankara and Kars on 11th of December.

Touristic Dogu Express is a redesigned service of Turkey’s most popular train service, Dogu Express, where it’s only designed according to touristic needs, only has sleeper wagons and dinin car, makes 3-hours stops at selected 2-3 destinations that travelers can attend city excursions and run only during winter.

Train service will start on 11th of December this season, depart from Ankara every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from Kars every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Service will end in March, last departure is from Kars on 10th of March.

Train will stop for 3 hours in Erzincan and Erzurum on Ankara-Kars direction and in Ilic, Divrigi and Sivas on Kars-Ankara direction, where city tours are organized for travellers.
