Rail Turkey is the first rail journal published in Turkish and English at the same time, covering all important news and discussions about railway transportation and urban rail in Turkey in a very clear, neutral and realistic approach.
Rail Turkey was founded in 2013, and yet became one of the leading publication in this area with the support of rail fans and professionals.
Rail Turkey has four sub sections:
Urban Rail : Articles and news about urban rail systems in Turkish cities.
Railway Library : The first online railway library in Turkey. Easy access to many articles, news, documents, legislation, procedures, info notes and maps by detailed indexes.
Freight Terminals : This section covers all frequently used rail freight terminals of Turkey with many important details about sidings, platforms, storage areas and contact info.
Rail Turkey Travel : This section is published only in English covering information for foreign passengers travelling in Turkey about trains, stations, travel rules and tips.
By May 2016, the bi-monthly Turkish railways review, Rail Turkey Mag, kicked off. The review is being distributed only by mail to subscribers and contacts.
Rail Turkey is willing to support all railway events in/about Turkey, some as media partner. Posts and newsletters about these events are being sent to subscribers and contacts as well.
Editor of Rail Turkey is Onur Uysal, a railway professional working in railway logistics.
