Details about renewal works on Mersin-Adana railway were explained in a press conference.

As stated by Mersin Governor, by the completion of renewal works, Mersin-Adana line will be 4-track and all 32 level crossings will either be overpass or underpass.

As having the busiest rail traffic of Turkey, all stations on Mersin-Adana line will be reorganized for easy and fast use by passengers, whole section will be secured by surrounding wall and anti-noise panel will be constructed on residential areas.
