Obligation for license started for all operations during transportation of dangerous goods by rail.

All companies who deal with any operation about dangerous goods including filling, packing, loading, operating trains or infrastructure have to get “Dangerous Goods License” specific to their operations.

This obligation is determined by “Legislation about Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Rail” published in 16th of July 2016 in Turkey. The legislation is valid since beginning of this year.
