The privatization process of Derince Port started.

It’s announced in Official Gazette that the port, currently being operated by TCDD, will be privatized by transferring the operating right for 36 years.

The offers will be accepted till December 10, 2013.

Derince Port is one of the main ports with railway connection, and two main rail ferry connections (to Ilyichecsk and to Tekirdag) exit within this port.
