Halkali Terminal, which had been closed to railway traffic last summer, seems to keep its silence more for a while.

The tender opened last year resulted in January 2014, and the construction process started officially by the beginning of March. Tender covers the renewal of infrastructure between 38-74 km of Halkali-Cerkezkoy rail connection. Due to the terms of tender, the Halkali-Cerkezkoy connection will be kept closed for 75 days.

After these days, a partial closure (opening of railway for some days in week) may start.
