Here are the railway fairs of the world in the order of number of visitors.
#11 – Rail Solutions Asia
Rail Solutions Asia is being held every year. The exhibition area of last year was 2,000 sqm and 1,700 professional visited the fair. The fifth fair will be held on 7th-9th of May 2014, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
#10 – Expo Rail Russia
Expo Rail Russia is being held every 2 years in Moscow, Russia. The exhibition area was 3,184 sqm with 155 participants. 3,491 professional visited the fair. The seventh one will be held on 28th-30th of October 2014.
#9 – Infrarail
Infrarail is being held every 2 years in London, UK. Exhibition area is 17,000 sqm with 200 participants. 4,500 professionals visited the fair. The 10th Infrarail will be held on 20th-22nd of May 2014.
#8 – Sifer
Sifer is being held every 2 years in Lille, France. Sifer 2013’s exhibition area was 22,000 sqm with 402 participants. 4,800 professional visited the fair. The fifth Sifer will be held on 24th-26th of March 2015.

AusRail is being held every year in Austria. The exhibition area is 25,000 sqm. 400 companies participated and 5,000 professionals visited last one. Next will be the 11th and be held in Perth on 11th-12th of November 2014.

Middle East Rail is being held every year in Dubai, UAE. The exhibition area is 9,000 sqm with 200 participants and 6,000 visitors. The sixth one will be held on 17th-18th of March 2015.

Expo Ferroviaria is being held every 2 years in Torino, Italy. Exhibition area is 22,000 sqm with 315 participants. 6,400 professionals visited the last fair. The sixth one will be held on 1st-3rd of April 2014.

Eurasia Rail is the fourth biggest fair with 25,000 visitors. Fair is being held every year in Istanbul, Turkey. The exhibition area is 17,000 sqm with 300 participants. The fifth one will be held on 5th-7th of March 2015.

CRTS China is the third biggest railway fair in the world with 30,000 visitors, 36,000 sqm area and 500 participants. The fair is being held every year. The tenth one will be held on 7th-9th of May 2014.

Rail+Metro China is being held every year in Shanghai, China. It’s the second biggest railway fair in the world with 50,000 sqm area, 800 participants and 40,000 visitors. Next fair will be the ninth, and will be held on 17t-19th of June 2014.

Innotrans, the biggest railway fair of the world, is held every 2 years in Berlin, Germany. Innotrans 2012 was held on an area of 161.420 sqm, with 2,515 participants and 126,110 visitors. 10th Innotrans will be on 23rd-26th of September 2014.
