The first train departed from Halkali last weekend.

After more than 4 months of closure, pipes of Emek Boru, organized by a new-born Turkish forwarder company, were the first loads for the renewed tracks of Halkali.

Since the construction program has not completed, Halkali is still closed to all east-bound traffic and all single wagon traffic.
