New rolling stock

There are detailed targets about rolling stock as well. Here are targets of this period:

• 200 container wagon
• 60 Eanoss type wagon
• 60 Rgns type wagon
• 1 diesel electric shunting loco designed and produced in Turkey

Other targets

There are two more targets about railways in the action plan. First is manufacturing 70 traction engines for metro cars. No detail given, but those are expected to be the outcome of Aselsan’s project with Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.

Second target is the train planning and tracking system. No details either. Currently the tracking system developed by Savronik is being used, on some trains, by limited staff. This is expected to become widespread.
