DB Schenker had announced that a new mixed train, Bosphorus Shuttle will run between Europe and Turkey by September 2013.

Three pairs of train will run each week at the beginning, and this number will reach to 5 soon.

Train will be operated by DB Schenker Rail’s own subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria, and has a target of 5 days of transit time.

Both containers and conventional car loads can be transported by this train.
