Seabus
Istanbul Seabus (IDO) has terminals in Bostanci and Kadikoy in Asian side and in Kabatas, Yenikapi, Bakirkoy and Avcilar in European side. Sea buses give services between these terminals.
There is also a ferry service between Sirkeci-Harem where cars also can use.

Thank you Onur – this is really useful. Google Maps is also very helpful in deciphering Istanbul’s buses. The buses in Istanbul are so fast!! Not like in England where they are painfully slow! 😀
