Station/terminal operator

Company operating a railway station/terminal should have:

• Licence (TL 100 000 – € 30 000)
• Min TL 1 mn registered capital
• No debt to tax nor social insurance offices

Train operators will pay € 30 000

Combined transport organizer

Company organizing the complete transport with its own name by buying service from train operators and using transportation modes should have:

• Licence (TL 50 000 – € 15 000)
• Min TL 500 000 registered capital
• No debt to tax nor social insurance offices

Agency

Company which is acting/managing transport contracts on behalf of other train operators should have:

• Licence (TL 25 000 – € 7 500)
• Min TL 150 000 registered capital
• No debt to tax nor social insurance offices

Commissioner

Commissioners should have:

• Licence (TL 25 000 – € 7 500)
• Min TL 150 000 registered capital
• No debt to tax nor social insurance offices
