Reorganization Committee gave a brief to NGOs about the new organization of TCDD after liberalization.

According to this brief, TCDD Tasimacilik AS will start in first quarter of 2015.

The new organization charts of TCDD and TCDD Tasimacilik AS were accepted by Board of Directors of TCDD. New employees needed were accepted by cabinet.

The new organization of TCDD Tasimacilik AS will be as follows:

There’ll be three CXOs reporting to CEO of TCDD Tasimacilik AS: Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and Chief Operational Support Officer.

There’ll be Head of Departments reporting to CXOs:

Chief Operating Officer: Head of Logistics, Head of Passenger Transport, Head of Commercial Relations

Chief Financial and Administrative Officer: Head of Financial, Head of Human Resources, Head of Support Services, Head of Strategy

Chief Operational Support Officer: Head of Maintenance, Head of Procurement, Head of IT

In 1st degree provinces, there’ll be Service Managers reporting to Head of Logistics, Head of Passenger Transport and Head of Maintenance.

In 2nd degree provinces, there’ll be managers reporting to service managers. In 3rd degree provinces, there’ll be chiefs and clerks.
