What TCDD did in 2014? – Public Transport

Ridership for high speed trains increased by 21%.

Istanbul-Ankara high speed train service which was opened on last quarter of 2014 had also helped this increase.

More increase had seen in passenger-km, which reached to 1.55 bn passenger-km with an increase of 30% compared with the previous year.

TCDD also carried 18 mn passengers with the normal-speed trains within Turkey.
