Common legislation will apply to forwarders of all transport modes.

Starting with 2019, unique legislation will be in force for forwarders of all transport modes. The legislation for railway forwarders will expire.

DD licences for railway forwarders and R1/R2 licences for overland forwarders will subject to same legislation including forwarders of sea and air.

According to new legislation, companies should meet conditions about qualification, insurance etc.

New legislation will be valid starting from 1st of January 2019. Current licences will continue to be valid until the expire date.
