One of the two metro projects that got the biggest share from the 2016 budget of Istanbul is Uskudar-Umraniye-Sancaktepe metro.

The Uskudar-Umraniye-Sancaktepe metro project has a budget of TL 670 mn this year, and is expected to open in last quarter of 2016. The project will cost TL 2 bn in total. A part of of 126-metro-cars order will also be delivered within this year.
