Metrans, Czech container operator increased its weekly trains from Europe to Turkey to six.
After being moved its terminal in Turkey from Cerkezkoy to Halkali, the company has incresed its eastbound trains to six/week. This number increased to four in 2014, and to five in 2015. A seventh trains was even organized last month.
As stated, the company is getting prepared for new terminals in Europe to extend its coverage and increase the efficiency.
Currently, 11-12 eastbound and 9-10 westbound container trains are running every week between Turkey and Europe.
