Deadline for private wagons: 1st of June

TCDD announced 1st of June as deadline for private wagons to be registered.

According to legislation for rolling stock, all wagons must be registered by Railway Authority. Based on this regulation, TCDD will not allow any rolling stock which is not registered to run on TCDD lines.

The copies of registration documents must be delivered to Head of Freight of TCDD before 1st of June 2016.

There are 4245 private freight wagons running on Turkish rail network as of June 2015.
