Regional train services will resume tomorrow, after suspension of one year due to Covid-19.
Another step will be taken tomorrow about normalization in railways. After one year of suspension due to pandemic, regional train services will start again. Train services in 20 routes will start as of 20th of March. Another service will start on 22nd of March.
The regional train services that will start tomorrow are as follows:
- Kapikule-Halkali
- Adapazari-Pendik
- Ankara-Polatli
- Zonguldak-Karabuk
- Basmane to Odemiş, Denizli, Aydin, Usak, Alasehir and Tire
- Aydin-Denizli-Soke
- Manisa-Alasehir
- Eskisehir-Afyonkarahisar
- Eskisehir-Kutahya
- Mersin-Adana
- Mersin-Islahiye
- Mersin-Iskenderun
- Sivas-Divrigi
- Erzincan-Divrigi
- Kars-Akyaka
Diyarbakır- Batman train will start on 22nd of March.
Number of HST services between Ankara and Istanbul will be increased from 8 to 10 as of 22nd of March.
