Participation of Turkish railway companies to Logitrans was less then past years. Most of them prefer to be visitor this year.
On the other hand, railway was also in the stands, mostly by European logistic or railway companies.
This year, although announced before, none of the railway companies are given the award of “Railway Company of The Year”.
On the other hand, this year, a new category, “The Logistics Manager of The Year” is held. According to the results of internet voting, Esber Horasan, Intermodal Transportation Manager of Ekol Logistics, got the award in railway category. Esber Horasan had started the roro+train intermodal project between Turkey and Europe, and many others followed the same solution afterwards.

AAE
AAE was there as the only equipment supplier in railways.
Balo
We get used to see Balo everywhere nowadays, presenting the Balo Train started in September 2013.
Grampet
Grampet was there to introduce its logistic and maintanance service in Europe, focused mainly in Balkan region.
Green Bridge
Intercombi and Netlog introduced their new service “Greenbridge”, roro+train solution to Europe.
Latvian Railways
Latvian Railway was there to introduce its services between Latvia and CIS countries via Odessa and Illichevsk.
Rail Cargo
Rail Cargo was there with crowded attandence of railway teams. With the collaboration with Balo, Rail Cargo has the target of being the biggest railway operator in Turkey-Europe route.
Schenker Arkas
Schenker Arkas had participated in German stand, without giving emphasize to railways.
USCTS
USCTS presented its Zubr train, which had started to run between Baltic Sea and Black Sea in 2012.
