Balo is getting prepared to move its headquarters from Izmir to Istanbul.
Preperations started with looking for new candidates for its sales team in Istanbul. And last week, the main container terminal of Balo in Manisa was completely emptied.
Balo was focused at the beginning on the areas where other railway container lines cannot cover, Manisa-Bandirma. But this policy seems to be changed after several container lines stopped departures from Turkey.
Another company which is mainly organizing domestic container transport, Medlog, had recently moved its headquarters from Ankara to Istanbul as well.
