TCDD Tasimacilik announced rail freight tariff for transports using Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway.

According to new tariff, the price of Turkish stretch will be 0.50 $/km for a 40’/45’ container. For a 20’ container, prices is 0.35 $/km.

ADY Express is responsible for the transports between Akhalkalaki and Baku. The rail tariff of this stretch is determined by this company.

Based on current tariffs, the price for transport of 40’ container between Istanbul and Baku is over $ 1500.
