TCDD Tasimacilik announced its tariff for private freight wagons during next three years.

According to this tariff, the discount for private wagons will drop from 40% to 35% in 2018 and same rate will be valid also for 2019.

TCDD Tasimacilik stated that all new contractsin 2017 was updated based on 40% discount and they inked 35% discount contracts with 32 companies for 2018.

TCDD Tasimacilik plans to drop discount rate to 30% in 2020. But the company also mentioned that that rate will be evaluated again at the beginning of 2020.

TCDD had started discount in tariff for private wagons to encourage private investments in rail industry in 2005. Discount rate had been 45% until 2016.
