Mars Logistics is working on a new container train between Turkey and Europe.
The company had made a trial train at the beginning of year, between Turkey and Germany.
The trial train departed from Halkali on 28th of December and arrived Duisburg in 6 days. The retrun was on 4th of January and arrived Halkali in 5 days.
Mars Logistics has trains in cooperation with CFL between Trieste and Bettembourg. The company also organizes BSH trains from Cerkezkoy.
The company is satisfied with the results of trial train, and would like to start the service very soon. The terminals have not been decided yet, but Mars is willing to start the service asap considering the congestion in Trieste.
