Biggest rolling stock fleet

Istanbul has the biggest rolling stock fleet among Turkish cities: 1271 cars. More than half of the fleet is metro cars.

Ankara is 2nd in the list with 561 cars.

Izmir is in 3rd rank having 439 metro, suburban and tram cars.

Bursa comes after Izmir with 172 cars. Most of these cars are produced in Bursa.

Konya is 5th in list with 72 tram cars.
