The spects of high speed train sets are announced.

The 96 HSTs (20 will be imported and rest will be produced in Turkey) shall have following spects:

• Min speed of 250 km/s
• ETCS level 1 and 2
• Regeneration
• Min 470 seats
• Min 90 seats (2 cars) for business class
• Restaurant with min 16 seat, snack bar with min 8 seat capacity
